Free Consulting Services
Hugo Consult provides free educational consulting services to students who wish to study in the United Kingdom. We do not charge any service or consulting fees for assisting with university applications.
Tuition Payments
All tuition fees are paid directly by the student to their chosen university or educational institution. Hugo Consult does not collect or process tuition payments on behalf of any university.
Visa and Government Fees
All visa application fees and Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) payments must be paid directly to UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) or the appropriate government authority.
Admission and Visa Decisions
Hugo Consult provides guidance and assistance throughout the application process. However, all admission decisions are made solely by the respective university or institution, and all visa decisions are made solely by UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI).
Therefore, Hugo Consult cannot guarantee admission into any university or approval of any visa application.
Financial Responsibility and Refunds
Students are fully responsible for all payments made to universities, institutions, or government authorities.
Hugo Consult shall not be held liable for any financial loss arising from:
- Visa refusal by UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI)
- University admission rejection
- Tuition deposits paid to an institution
- Visa application fees or Immigration Health Surcharge payments
- Any other payments made directly to universities or government authorities
If a student's visa application is refused after tuition has been paid to a university, any refund of tuition fees will depend solely on the refund policy of the respective university or institution.
Hugo Consult does not control university refund policies and therefore cannot guarantee any refund of tuition deposits or other payments made to institutions.
Accuracy of Information
Students must provide accurate and truthful information during the application process. Hugo Consult will not be responsible for any consequences resulting from false or misleading information provided by applicants.

Hugo Consult provides educational guidance only. Final decisions regarding admission, visa approvals, and tuition refunds are made solely by the relevant universities and government authorities.
